Monotone & earthy tone are most likely to compliment one another. Ice+ Garden Miri, completed on Dec 2018, another great achievement & honour to met the clients need while maintaining some of the concept and element from main shop.
White mild steel & light wood were introduce as these colour are warm, clean and stimulate appetite when surrounded by it. Mezzanine flooring to make used of the high ceiling & give generous feel to the customers.

Another great accomplishment for the Devil Chicken Malaysia branches project. Full interior design proposal to approval from owners & all are ready to construct once the managing director gave the green lights.

TIMTCH Design & Build are proudly completed their 4th branch at Johor recently, February 2020.
I'd done their first mother shop located at Saradise Kuching. Then widely in charge of their Ekocheras, Kota Kinabalu KIOSK & JB branch.
​

Imperiale Residence Kuching Semi-D, full interior design & build for the clients. They wanted to fully renovate their old looking home, imaging it look like decade old furniture and interior space.

With the help of the teams & i, we transform it into something that can last for another 10 years at least.
​
From interior design, carpenter works, construction on the carporch and exterior, simple landscape designed, flooring & blinds, modern furniture & lighting selection.
Glass & aluminium were nicely done by my sub-con. Proud of my teams, completed in year 2018.
